Doc Brown


My career continues to be an awesome journey. As a former geologist and retired police officer, I take pride in attending the nation’s leading ice cream program and learning from the greats. The result is a new standard in Artisan Ice Creams. No refined sugars, GMO’s, preservatives, artificial flavors, dyes/colorings, or gluten are in my gelatos and sorbets 

Our Standards


From our beginning Doc’s Artisan Ice Creams has focused on serving our local and regional restaurants, resorts and institutions. Since March of 2014 we have run a small retail space. From this small footprint we have been serving our customers as our friends and family. We strive to make each and every person who visits us know they are important and appreciated from the moment they come into the shop. Our customer family has shown much love to us as evidenced by their show of strong support reflected in our Yelp and Facebook reviews.
